Registration in TRAIN for the Summit and VES is Required. Registration is completed via TRAIN Virginia and closes on, October 6, 2023.

- Log in to TRAIN,
- Click your name in the upper right corner.
- Click your profile.
- Look at the menu on the left side of the page.
- Select “professional role” in the menu on the left.
- De-select current role.
- Select new or desired role.
- Click save at the top of the page.
*NOTE 2: The hotel has a restaurant that will be open for anyone wanting to get lunch before the Summit starts. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Tuesday. Lunch will be provided on Wednesday. Anyone requiring any special accommodations can request them during the registration process.
