REVIVE! – opioid overdose and naloxone education

Learn How to Save a Life

REVIVE! provides training to the general public on how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose emergency using 6 easy steps.

What is Naloxone?

Naloxone is a life-saving medication used to reverse an opioid overdose.

How do I get FREE Naloxone?

Free Narcan, the nasal spray version of naloxone, is available from the Virginia Department of Health.

Dispensing requires your REVIVE card or onsite counseling on the use of Naloxone. You do not need to visit a doctor to get a prescription.

What Participants are Saying:

Thank you so much for the training last week. It was so interesting and I especially enjoyed how you used a variety approaches including lecture, video presentation, hands-on and free discussion to enhance the experience. I know that both my staff and myself walked away feeling better prepared for a crisis but also with a better understanding of how addiction starts and continues. I will definitely pass on the information you shared and tell everyone I can about your invaluable training.

Thank you again.
