Eligibility and How to Apply

Eligibility

• Eligible organizations must be private entities (non-profit or for-profit) providing direct services to the pregnant and postpartum population. This could include, but is not limited to, group practices, or private health organizations. Government entities are not eligible.
• Funds must only be used to support entities based in Virginia.
• Applicants must complete all required documentation to be eligible for the opportunity.
• Applicants must submit required documentation by the deadline provided.

How to Apply

In order to be considered for selection, an applicant must submit completed applications no later than December 1 at 5 PM EST.  Responses received after the submission due date and time will not be accepted.  Incomplete responses – including responses missing required documents – will not be accepted.
