Immunizations	1st, 3rd, and 5th Mondays 8:30 AM-10:30 AM	By appointment only. Immunization clinics are open for babies, children, adolescents, pregnant women, and adults. What to bring: Vaccine records Insurance information I.D. Only the child(ren) receiving immunizations
Maternity Care	1st Thursdays 8:30 AM—10:30 AM	By appointment only.
Pregnancy Testing	Mondays 8:30 AM—10:30 AM	By appointment only.
Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI)	1st Thursdays 8:30 AM—4:30 PM	By appointment only.
Tuberculosis Screening & Skin Testing	1st, 3rd & 5th Mondays 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM	By appointment only.
PPD Skin Test Readings		By appointment only.
