Immunizations	2nd and 4th Monday 8:30 AM -10:30 AM	By appointment only. Immunization clinics are open for babies, children, adolescents, pregnant women, and adults. What to bring: Vaccine records Insurance information I.D. Only the child(ren) receiving immunizations
