Immunizations	1st, 3rd, & 5th Monday 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.	By appointment only. Immunization clinics are open for babies, children, adolescents, pregnant women, and adults. What to bring: Vaccine records Insurance information I.D. Only the child(ren) receiving immunizations
Maternity Care	1st, & 4th Tuesdays 8:30 AM—10:30 AM3rd Tuesday 1:00 PM– 3:00 PM	By appointment only.
Pregnancy Testing	1st, & 4th Tuesdays 8:30 AM—10:30 AM3rd Tuesday 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM	By appointment only.
Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI)	1st Thursdays 8:30 AM—4:30 PM	By appointment only.
