Change in Process: Fingerprint background check eligibility notification
As of May 18, 2020, all fingerprint background check eligibility determinations, completed by the Virginia Office of EMS (OEMS), will be emailed to the SuperUser on file in the requesting agency’s OEMS portal account. The OEMS will no longer mail eligibility results letters via the United States Postal Service. This new process will afford each agency eligibility results in a more timely and efficient manner.
