Please submit application to VDH Division of Shellfish Safety and Waterborne Hazards. All discharges will be modeled under the assumed Fecal Coliform concentration at failure of 1×106 per 100ml unless additional conditions of VDH DSSWH Policy Memo # 218 are met.
