Vital Records office of the Norfolk Department of Public Health will be closed Jan 2 – Jan 11. Services will resume on Monday, January 12, 2026.
During this temporary closure, the public may obtain vital records services through other Hampton Roads Health Districts or through the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
