Current Community Health Assessments:

  • New Kent County
    • On October 25, 2022, the New Kent Community chose 3 priority areas for 2023-2027. Get involved in a work group if you are passionate about either of these priority areas, or sign up to receive updates throughout this process by emailing CHDWellness@vdh.virginia.gov.

    • In the next couple of months, we will be finalizing the Community Health Assessment report. It will be available here by the end of the calendar year.
