2025-2029 Hanover County Community Health Improvement Plan
- The health district has started to facilitate development of the 2025-2029 Hanover County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). The CHIP will outline how the community plans to address the top three health priorities: 1) Healthy Eating and Food Security; 2) Mental Health; and 3) Affordable, Safe, and Available Housing. Do you have a great idea on how to address the health priorities? Share it with health district staff by emailing CHDWellness@vdh.virginia.gov or calling 804-365-3240. The CHIP has a planned release of April 2025.
