Current Community Health Improvement Planning Initiatives:
- New Kent County
- The New Kent County community members selected 3 top health priorities for the 2023-2027 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). Over the next couple of months, the CHIP Steering Committee will review and select various strategies to address the health priorities that were selected in the Community Health Assessment process. Please read the New Kent County Community Health Assessment (CHA) for a comprehensive review of the current health status and identified needs of communities in New Kent County. Thank you to all of those who participated in the CHA process.
