  • Early Intervention (Infant and Toddler Connection of Virginia) Every child diagnosed with hearing loss is eligible for early intervention supports and services, which focus on helping the parents and other caregivers know how to find ways to help the child learn during everyday activities. 1-800-234-1448
  • Care Connections for Children Using a team-based approach, pulls together case managers, medical personnel, educators and family members to determine how children with special health care needs can reach their maximum potential.
