Humanitarian Parolee Programs
As part of the Department of Homeland Security’s United States Citizenship and Immigration Services’ humanitarian parolee programs, program beneficiaries two years of age or older are required to complete a medical screening for tuberculosis (TB), including an IGRA test within 90 days of arrival to the United States.

Please note, this is the same process used for IGRA reimbursement for Class B immigrants and contact investigations, as specified in this guidance document. Last Update: March 8, 2023
