No application fee is charged for repairing a failing onsite sewage disposal system or for replacing a well, if the well it replaces is properly abandoned.  No fee is charged for a voluntary upgrade.  An Applicant whose family income falls below the Federal Poverty Guidelines is eligible for a waiver.  The local government may have an additional fee.  Contact your local health department for more information about fees.
