Childhood Immunizations:

Chesterfield Health District follows the schedule of immunizations recommended by the Virginia Department of Health Division of Immunization. School requirements are listed by immunization type or age in English and Spanish.

It is best to see your healthcare provider for immunizations to establish regular care and have someone who knows your child’s health history. If you cannot find an opening, there are other options in our community depending on your eligibility.

See FAQs regarding state-required immunizations for students in English and Spanish.

Immunizations are available to children aged 18 and under BY APPOINTMENT ONLY:

  • A parent or guardian must accompany children under age 18.
  • A complete immunization record must be available to receive immunizations.
