Division of Population Health Data

The Division of Population Health Data (DPHD) is one of five divisions/centers in the Office of Family Health Services. Our division provides epidemiology and evaluation support to programs across the office, including maternal and child health, chronic disease prevention, and community nutrition.

Staff serve as technical experts in collecting information about diseases that aren't contagious. They study the information and work to understand it

The mission of DPHD is to collect information and data to monitor conditions that aren't contagious and are important to public health. The information and data collected also assists with improving programs and making recommendations related to policies.

Staff support is also provided to State and Community Health Assessments and Improvement Plans.
