Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Vaccine Recommendations for Adults 60 Years and Older:

  • All persons 75 years and older should receive an RSV vaccine. 
  • Persons 60-74 should consult with their provider about whether the RSV vaccination is right for them based on their risk of severe RSV disease.

Some vaccine records were missing due to a database sync issue. It was fixed on 11/23/2025, and monitoring is in place by VDH to avoid similar issues in the future.
