Office Services Supervisor Sr.

The Lord Fairfax Health District is seeking an Office Services Supervisor Sr. to manage clinic operations services and supervise a team of Office Service Specialists (OSS) to ensure efficiency in customer service and workflow processes. Office Services Supervisors also provide continual feedback, education, and on the job training to staff as areas of opportunity are identified. They will work closely with management to set key performance indicators, monitor performance, and provide feedback up and down the department chain.

Warren Co & Page Co

Nutritionist

Provides nutrition services to clients in a variety of settings within a district. Characteristic activities: conducts patient nutritional assessments and evaluations in the clinic, school and community settings; develops and monitors nutritional care plans and food packages. Certifies clients for participation in available public health programs; schedules, provides and documents basic and secondary/high risk nutrition education; makes referrals to programs such as Medicaid, AFDC, and SNAP benefits.

Shenandoah County

Public Health Nurse

Independently provides professional nursing care to patients in clinics, homes and schools and other community or congregate care settings. Performs nursing assessments, may perform lab tests, take measurements, develop and implement care plans, including the administration of medication and case management. Participates in public health emergencies and community health assessments. Actions performed at this level require licensure as a RN by state code.

Office Services Specialist

The Lord Fairfax Health District is seeking an Office Service Specialist for our Shenandoah County and Page County offices. This position will primarily be based in the Shenandoah County office 3 days a week and Page County 2 days a week but may need to cover in other offices throughout the district. This position will be responsible for Environmental Health Department business office and also medical business office. Duties will include (but not limited to): patient eligibility and registration, medical billing and posting of payments, data entry and completing vital records requests.
