Requirements are: Must be a resident of Danville, Pittsylvania County, Halifax, Mecklenburg, or Brunswick County. Be at least 18 years of age or older, Been diagnosed with high blood pressure and/or are on blood pressure medication, Have not experienced a recent cardiac event (within the last 12 months), Do not have atrial fibrillation or other arrythmias, Do not have or are not at risk for lymphedema (fluid build up).
