Cost: $10 cash only
Lifetime dog licenses sold on site (additional $10)
We are partnering with Chesterfield County Animal Services and a local vet to host a rabies clinic.

Who: Chesterfield residents who have low income
When: ongoing

Cost: no cost; just a commitment to the four-month program

- Work with a Community Health Worker to track

All participants receive a home blood pressure monitor and tracking log!
