The Virginia Environmental Public Health Tracking (EPHT) program provides information and data to help understand how environmental factors can increase the risk of chronic diseases and non-infectious conditions. In 2022, VDH received funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to implement the program. VDH is now one of 33 states/territories included in the National Tracking network. The program is managed by Division of Population Health Data in the Office of Family Health Services.
