Appointments are available for immunizations at the Woodbridge and Manassas clinic sites to meet the needs of the community. Please contact the Woodbridge clinic at 703-792-7300 or the Manassas clinic at 703-792-6300 to schedule your appointment.

If you will be late or unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, it is important to notify the clinic at least two days in advance so that you can be rescheduled, and your appointment can be given to another client.

Please be aware that there may be a charge for some immunization/clinic services, including Tuberculosis (TB) screening and certain vaccinations.

What to Bring:

  • Please bring immunization record(s) at the time of your visit.
  • If you/your child have Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance, please bring the current Medicaid, Medicare or insurance card.

TB Screening/TB Skin Test/TB T-Spot (blood test): 

  • TB Screening/TB Skin Test/TB T-Spot (blood test) are available.
  • If a TB Skin Test is administered you will be advised when to return.
  • PLEASE NOTE: There is a charge for this service.

If you would like to receive immunizations from the Prince William Health District, you may fill out the appropriate paperwork beforehand and bring it with you to the clinic to expedite your visit.

Overseas Travel

At this time Prince William Health District is not conducting Overseas Travel Clinic Services.
