Small and Disadvantaged Communities Grant
Any Virginia community waterworks serving a population of 10,000 persons or less has the opportunity to apply for construction grant funds through the WIIN Act 2104 Grant. The Virginia Department of Health (VDH) Office of Drinking Water (ODW) will submit an application to the Environmental Protection Agency at the end of September, 2020 to secure these funds. Waterworks wishing to be named as a sub-recipient of this grant application can submit the construction application below. VDH-ODW staff will review the applicants submission and select two to four applications for funding based on eligibility and need. Applications are due no later than September 4, 2020 5:00 p.m. EST.
