Information for Veterinarians

Staff that regularly interact with animals are advised to receive the Rabies Pre-exposure Prophylaxis Vaccination Series.  For further information see link to Virginia Guidelines for Rabies Prevention and Control listed below.

If you or a staff member have been exposed to an animal or you suspect an animal may have been exposed to rabies, please contact your local animal control and local health department.  Please contact your local animal control and health department offices listed below.
