If you need to make an amendment or correction to a birth certificate, we will not know what is necessary until your request is made and we can review the information. An administration fee of $10.00 is charged for any change to a certificate. If you wish to receive a copy of the certificate once amended, the total cost will be $22.00 including the $12.00 certificate fee and the administration fee.
