Secure Reporting to LFHD
Facilities can use the LFHD Secure Line List Reporting button to the right to report line lists and other documents that contain PHI in compliance with HIPAA. The district epidemiologists will receive an email notification every time there is a new submission and will follow up if more information is needed.
