Public health nurses give immunizations to protect against vaccine-preventable diseases.
Anyone making an appointment for pneumonia vaccine, either PCV13 (pneumococcal conjugate vaccine) or PPV23 (pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine) must bring a prescription from their clinician indicting which pneumonia vaccine they would like their client to receive.

Weekly by appointment only at all health department locations. Call to schedule.
For Whom
Infants, children, adolescents, and adults. Please bring a copy of your immunization record if available.
Fees
Required childhood immunizations are provided at no charge. All other vaccines have a charge.
