This December, our Community Health Worker (CHW) team is popping up at each local health department to give away free at-home COVID-19 rapid test kits and KN95 face masks. Each event will take place from 3-6PM in the office’s parking lot. We’ll also be taking toy donations to give to local nonprofits. Please note: only unopened toys will be accepted. Come say hello to your local CHW and stock up on COVID-19 safety supplies for the holidays!
