BabyCare Program

Program Information	A home visitation program provided by a Registered Nurse & Maternal Child Health Community Health Worker. The visits can be done in the convenience of the client’s home, the local health department, or other convenient location.

Eligibility Information	Women who are Medicaid eligible and pregnant or have an infant up to two years of age.
Cost	Free of charge.
