Welcome to the Informal Fact Finding Conference (IFFC) Project Calendar for the
Division of Certificate of Public Need (DCOPN)

As a service to Virginia residents, this site will provide information on the scheduling of Informal Fact Finding Conferences for DCOPN projects and will be updated as changes in scheduling arise. IFFCs are scheduled at the time a certificate of public need request is accepted for review and may not be held.  All inquiries regarding Certificate of Public Need should be directed to copn@vdh.virginia.gov.

IFFC PROJECT CALENDAR

Title: COPN No. VA-04875: The IIFC to be held is in regard to the Health Commissioner’s February 17, 2026, denial of the Significant Change request submitted by VCU Health Systems. COPN No. VA-04875 was originally approved February 16, 2024, for the authorization of mobile PET/CT imaging services at 9000 Stony Point Parkway, Richmond, Virginia.
