Welcome to the Informal Fact Finding Conference (IFFC) Project Calendar for the
Division of Certificate of Public Need (DCOPN)

As a service to Virginia residents, this site will provide information on the scheduling of Informal Fact Finding Conferences for DCOPN projects and will be updated as changes in scheduling arise. IFFCs are scheduled at the time a certificate of public need request is accepted for review and may not be held.  All inquiries regarding Certificate of Public Need should be directed to copn@vdh.virginia.gov.

Title: COPN Request No. VA-8879: IFFC to be held is regarding The Centers for Advanced Urology, LLP establishing a facility with one (1) fixed PET/CT scanner and COPN Request No. VA-8893: Carient Heart & Vascular, LLC establishing a center for Cardiac PET/CT Imaging with independent use of the CT scanner for Coronary Artery Calcium Scoring.
