Division of Certificate of Public Need (DCOPN)

As a service to Virginia residents, this site will provide information on the scheduling of Informal Fact Finding Conferences for DCOPN projects and will be updated as changes in scheduling arise. IFFCs are scheduled at the time a certificate of public need request is accepted for review and may not be held.  All inquiries regarding Certificate of Public Need should be directed to copn@vdh.virginia.gov.
