Welcome to the Informal Fact Finding Conference (IFFC) Project Calendar for the
Division of Certificate of Public Need (DCOPN)
As a service to Virginia residents, this site will provide information on the scheduling of Informal Fact Finding Conferences for DCOPN projects and will be updated as changes in scheduling arise. IFFCs are scheduled at the time a certificate of public need request is accepted for review and may not be held. All inquiries regarding Certificate of Public Need should be directed to copn@vdh.virginia.gov.

Title: COPN Request No. VA-8859 and COPN Request No. VA-8860 Proposed Project: The projects to be heard are requests from HCA Health Services of Virginia, Inc. and Chippenham & Johnston-Willis Hospital, Inc., respectively. HCA Health Services of Virginia, Inc. proposes the establishment of a specialized imaging center with one CT scanner. Chippenham & Johnston-Willis Hospital, Inc. proposes the establishment of a specialized imaging center with one CT scanner.

Reston Radiology Advanced Imaging Centers, LLC proposes the establishment of a specialized imaging center with one PET/CT scanner. Hematology-Oncology Associates of Fredericksburg proposes the establishment of a specialized imaging center with one PET/CT scanner.
