Welcome to the Informal Fact Finding Conference (IFFC) Project Calendar for the
Division of Certificate of Public Need (DCOPN)

As a service to Virginia residents, this site will provide information on the scheduling of Informal Fact Finding Conferences for DCOPN projects and will be updated as changes in scheduling arise. IFFCs are scheduled at the time a certificate of public need request is accepted for review and may not be held.  All inquiries regarding Certificate of Public Need should be directed to copn@vdh.virginia.gov.

IFFC PROJECT CALENDAR

Title: COPN Request No. VA-8870: The IIFC to be held concerns Loudoun Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing LLC d/b/a Loudoun Rehabilitation and Nursing Center’s request to add twenty-four (24) nursing facility beds through transfer.

Location: Board Room 3 on the second floor of the Perimeter Center, located at 9960 Mayland Drive, Henrico, Virginia.

Date and Time: Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

 

Title: COPN Request No. VA-8872: The IIFC to be held is in regard to Hanover Cardiac ASC, LLC’s request for the establishment of a medical care facility with one (1) cardiac catheterization laboratory.

Location: Board Room 1 on the second floor of the Perimeter Center, located at 9960 Mayland Drive, Henrico, Virginia.

Date and Time: Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.

 

Title: COPN Request No. VA-8866: The IIFC is to be held in regard to Inova Loudoun Hospital’s request for the addition of 48 Medical-Surgical Acute Care beds.

Location: Board Room 3 on the second floor of the Perimeter Center located at 9960 Mayland Drive, Henrico, Virginia.
