The Clifton Forge Health Department is closed on Mondays and Fridays, open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., open on Wednesdays, with the exception of the second Wednesday of the month when the hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to accommodate Family Planning Clinic. Our clinic services are provided based on family income and a sliding fee scale and/or at no cost to our customers. Call for an appointment or clinic times.
