Any person who suspects they may have been exposed to a sexually transmitted disease (syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc.) may be seen in this clinic. Examinations are free. Testing and counseling for the AIDS virus (HIV) is also available at no cost. All services are confidential. The clinic operates on a walk-in basis. No eligibility for services is required.

This clinic provides medical care by appointment to eligible patients (adults, children, and infants) who do not have insurance. Patients are seen on an appointment basis. The Women’s Specialty Clinic operates Monday through Friday at the Victoria Center, 3130 Victoria Boulevard. Services, by appointment, include family planning, gynecological check-ups (pap smears), contraception, and medical care for gynecological problems. Confidential guidance is given to all patients regarding the advantages of planning for pregnancy. Prevention services are a major component of the Health Department's Dental Clinic. Services are provided primarily to children up to 18 years of age. Patients are seen on an appointment basis. Services include dental exam, x-rays, preventive treatments, restorations (fillings), extraction (tooth pulling), and tooth space maintenance. Routine immunizations for children are provided free of charge. Immunizations are provided for adults, including required immunizations for travel, pneumococcal (“pneumonia”) vaccine, and influenza (“flu”) vaccine. TB Assessments are provided every day except Thursday. A small fee is charged for nonroutine childhood vaccines, adult and foreign travel immunizations. The Clinic operates 8:00 - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 - 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. No appointment is necessary, except for travel assessments and no eligibility for services is required.
Please bring shot record, forms to be completed, insurance information, and document with legal name. Vaccines required for school in Virginia are provided free to children 18 and under. Chargeable vaccines may be paid by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. We can bill some insurance policies.

The Health Department operates a pharmacy which serves patients seen in Health Department clinics. A licensed pharmacist fills all prescriptions. The pharmacist provides answers to questions patients may have about their medication and also participates in community health education and health promotion programs.
