Hurricane and Flooding Preparedness

hurricaneOnce again the time has arrived; Hurricane season officially began on June 1, 2008. It’s time to check your stock of emergency supplies and review your emergency plans. If you don’t already have your plan and kits in place, this would be the ideal time to get started too!

The National Weather Service is predicting 12 to 16 named storms, including 6 to 9 hurricanes and 2 to 5 major hurricanes (Category 3, 4 or 5).
