Drive-Through Free Flu Clinic in Fauquier County on November 3, 2008

Mark your calendar for this year's drive-through clinics:

• The Fauquier County FREE Flu Clinic will be open from 2 pm to 6 pm
• Located at Lord Fairfax Community College, 6480 College Street in Warrenton
• Available to residents and non residents of Fauquier County
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older
• This is an Emergency Preparedness exercise program offered by the Rappahannock-Rapidan Health District in cooperation with Fauquier County Emergency Management and Lord Fairfax Community College
• Please print the consent form below and complete it before you arrive at the flu clinic
