Drive-Through Free Flu Clinic in Orange County on November 3, 2008

Mark your calendar for this year's drive-through clinics:

• The Orange County FREE Flu Clinic will be open from 9 am to 1 pm
• Located at Booster Park, 19046 Constitution Highway (Route 20) in Orange County
• Available to residents and non residents of Orange County
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older
• This is an Emergency Preparedness exercise program offered by the Rappahannock-Rapidan Health District in cooperation with Orange County Emergency Management, Orange County Sheriff’s office, and Booster Park
• Please print the consent form below and complete it before you arrive at the flu clinic
