Case management and education services with home and office visits for pregnant women and infants up to 2 years old.

Referrals are made to special clinics or doctors to be able to meet the children's needs.

HIV Services
HIV testing and counseling is offered free of charge. HIV medication assistance program (ADAP) services are available if eligible. Services are confidential but not anonymous for testing. For anonymous testing site in the area contact the Health Dept.
Screenings for Personal Care Services and Nursing Home Placement
For Medicaid or Medicaid eligible individuals, screenings are done by a team consisting of a nurse and a social worker. Determination is made to see if the individual meets criteria for nursing home placement, personal care services in the home or if some other community agency can best meet the individuals needs. To have a screening, contact your local Social Services Department.
Turberculosis
TB medications available as indicated. Education and counseling available.
Education
Labor/delivery information, breathing techniques, stretching exercises, medication info., infant (care, safety, feeding and immunization) information, post partum and birth control information given in class sessions.

Resource Mothers Program
Services for pregnant teens up to age 19 yrs. And their significant other. Mentoring, support, community referrals and education are available throughout the pregnancy and until the baby's first birthday.
