Directions

From the East (Richmond)

1. Take I-64 West to exit 143 (Ferncliff/Louisa).
2. Turn right onto Rte. 208-E.
3. Continue for approximately 8 miles to Town of Louisa limits.
4. As you enter town, get into the left hand lane. At the stoplight, turn left onto Main St.
5. At the next stoplight, turn left onto Woolfolk Avenue.
6. At the stop sign, you will see the Louisa Medical Center. Take a left and then an immediate right onto Ashley Street.

The Health department is on the right, across from the County Administrative Building.

From the West (Charlottesville)

1. Take I-64 East to exit 143 (Ferncliff/Louisa).
2. Turn left onto Rte 208-E.
3. Continue on 208E for approximately 8 miles to Town of Louisa limits.
4. As you enter town, get into the left hand lane. At the stoplight, turn left onto Main St.
5. At the next stoplight, turn left onto Woolfolk Avenue.
6. At the stop sign, you will see the Louisa Medical Center. Take a left and then an immediate right onto Ashley Street.

The health department is on the right, across from the County Administrative Building.

From the North (Culpeper/Washington)

1. Take 522 South to Mineral Town Limits.
2. At stop sign by Fire Department, turn right onto Fredericks Hall Road (Rte. 618).
3. Cross railroad tracks. At stop sign, turn right on Main Street (Rte. 522/208 West).
4. Go approximately six miles to Town of Louisa.
5. Go through two traffic lights. At third light, turn left onto Woolfolk Avenue.
6. At stop sign turn left onto Rosewood Avenue.
7. Make an immediate right onto Ashley Street.

The Health Department is on the right, across from the County Administrative Building.
