Take Route 10 West to the intersection of Route 10 and Courthouse Road.  Turn right onto Courthouse Road.  Take the third right onto Government Center Parkway. The Health Department is located on the left in the Smith-Wagner Building.

Take Interstate 64 West to Interstate 95 South. Exit onto Route 288 North, exit onto Route 10 East (Iron Bridge Road). Turn left at the stoplight onto Courthouse Road Extension. Take the third right onto Government Center Parkway. The Health Department is located on the left in the Smith-Wagner Building.

West of Chesterfield
From Route 360 East take Route 288 South. From Route 288, exit onto Route 10 East (Iron Bridge Road). Turn left at the stoplight onto Courthouse Road Extension. Take the third right onto Government Center Parkway. The Health Department is located on the left in the Smith-Wagner Building.
