From Richmond/Chesterfield:
Take Route 60 West into Powhatan. Turn left onto Route 13 (Old Buckingham Road) just past the signal at Academy Road at Food Lion. Follow Route 13 through the courthouse area to the Health Department diagonally across from the Wachovia Bank.

From Goochland:
Take Route 522 South to Route 60. Turn left (east) on Route 60 . Turn right on Mann Street at the state highway maintenance yard then left on Route 13 (Old Buckingham Road) to the Health Department on the left.
