Right now, you may need some extra help buying nutritious foods for your kids or during your pregnancy. WIC can help you buy milk, cheese, eggs, baby formula, cereal, peanut butter and other healthy foods. If you are breast feeding, WIC can assist you in purchasing nutritious food for yourself, so that you can take care of your baby. You may be able to receive assistance purchasing these foods if you meet income guidelines. Working families who meet income guidelines are encouraged to apply.
