Mission:
To build healthy rural communities through disease prevention and control, health promotion and education, protection of environmental resources, and preparedness for emergency response. We provide quality, customer-focused health care services in our local health departments, schools, worksites, homes and other community locations.

Business Hours:
Serving the people of Bland, Carroll, Grayson, Smyth, Washington, and Wythe counties, and the cities of Bristol and Galax, our offices are open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
