To achieve and maintain optimum personal and community health by emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and environmental protection. We provide quality, customer-focused health care services in our local health departments, schools, worksites, homes and other locations.
Business Hours:
Serving the people of Bland, Carroll, Grayson, Smyth, Washington, and Wythe counties, and the cities of Bristol and Galax, our offices are open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
