Offers diagnosis, treatment, medications and education related to chronic diseases. Services provided on a sliding fee scale to uninsured persons with limited income, residing within the district. Proof of income is required.

Family Planning

Offers services to women interested in maintaining their reproductive health while using birth control. Staff will work with you to determine the best method(s) for you, while thinking about your overall health and wellness. Education is provided related to abstinence, self breast exam, STD prevention, nutrition and birth control methods. Also offered is testing and treatment of STD’s, follow up of abnormal pap smears (including colposcopy if needed), and Emergency Contraception. Services and medications are on a sliding fee scale, based on income. Women 17 years and younger may qualify for free services.

Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD)

Free confidential testing, treatment and education related to STD’s. Providers, Public Health Nurses
and STD Health Counselors work together to provide risk reduction counseling, treatment, and partner notification in order to reduce transmission of STD’s.
