The goal of the Male Responsibility Program is to decrease unmarried births in the City of Richmond.
The program targets teens, young adults and men from different walks of life; connecting, equipping and empowering them with the essentials for positive lifestyle choices leading to sexual responsibility. In addition, men are trained to be mentors, and then interact with other men in the community in an effort to decrease behaviors that contribute to unmarried births.
