Head Start children from six jurisdictions (Essex, Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond, and Westmoreland Counties, and Town of Colonial Beach) are seen during August for their required dental screenings, at which time they receive an exam, prophy, fluoride treatment, and they and their parents receive brushing instructions.
