Conditions 8, 24, 33, 34, 35, and 36 of the Virginia Order require that Ballad submit for the Commissioner's review and approval plans to address the following:
- Regional Health Information Exchange (Condition 8)
- Health Research and Graduate Medical Education (Condition 24)
- Rural Health Services (Condition 33)
- Behavioral Health Services (Condition 34)
- Children's Health Services (Condition 35)
- Population Health Improvement (Condition 36)
