Coordination Teams

When a Task Force is deployed, so is a Coordination Team.  This four to six-person team works with local government and EMS agencies.  Their role is to help coordinate Task Force actions in the impact area, ensure that Task Forces have the logistical support needed, and collect current situation information and activity reports for the ESC.

Coordination Team members receive training in the Incident Command System, to work with local, state, and federal response agencies.
