From the South (I-95)
Take I-95 North towards downtown Richmond. Take exit 74C Broad St. Bear left onto the West Broad St. ramp. Turn left onto 8th St. Turn left onto Franklin St. Turn right onto 9th St. Turn left onto Bank St. The James Madison Building is on the corner of Bank St. and Governor St. Enter Building from Governor St. through the ground floor main lobby.
From the North (I-95), West (I-64), and East (I-64)
Take I-95 South toward downtown Richmond. Take exit 74B Franklin St. Turn right onto East Franklin St which turns into Bank St. James Madison Building is on the corner of Bank St. and Governor St. Enter Building from Governor St. through the ground floor main lobby.
